Records Management System Administrator
Summit County Communications Center (SCCC) in Frisco, Colorado is hiring a full-time Records Management System Administrator (RMSA). The RMSA will be responsible for the administration and project management of an integrated law enforcement records management system provided by New World Systems; and shall operate and maintain a Windows Active Directory network, perform application administration roles, lead support groups, and provide help desk support for records systems. In addition they shall, as necessary, perform upgrades, modifications, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on the public safety applications and systems used by the communications center and public safety agencies for records management.
